Ali is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor and professional dancer with a deep appreciation for mindful movement and functional strength. She completed a 650-hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Texas Christian University, where she earned her B.F.A. in Ballet. What began as a cross-training tool in her teenage years evolved into a powerful practice of alignment, longevity, and connection to the body.

Since 2022, Ali has worked with private clients, guiding individuals of all backgrounds through personalized, goal-oriented sessions. Her teaching blends the precision of classical Pilates with the creativity and adaptability she developed through years of professional dance.

Ali believes movement is most effective when itโ€™s intentional and individualized. Drawing from her dance background and her extensive Pilates training, she helps clients build body awareness, alignment, and confidenceโ€”whether theyโ€™re recovering from injury, looking to enhance athletic performance, or simply seeking more ease in everyday life.
