24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW
Ascend Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation window for all semi-privates and appointments. If a class is canceled within 24 hours or you are a no show to a class, you will lose that session from your package or subscription. No exceptions for sickness, injuries etc.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES Class packages expire from 30 - 120 days of first purchase. We will not honor classes outside these dates.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL We do not offer refunds on any purchase made at Ascend Pilates.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION If you need to cancel your membership, email the studio with a minimum of 3 days before your renewal date. Once a membership charge is processed, there is no refund option.
