24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW- Ascend Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation window for all semi-privates and appointments. If a class is canceled within 24 hours or you are a no show to a class, you will lose that session from your package or subscription. No exceptions.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES- We will not honor classes outside these dates. Every package begins the day you purchase it.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - We do not offer refunds on any purchase made at Ascend Pilates.
