After years of practicing Pilates at home or in local studios, Gabi found Ascend in 2023. A single mat class at the studio was all it took for her to appreciate the challenging and systematic approach of classical Pilates. This inspired her to pursue the Mat Teacher Training in Fall 2023, followed by the Reformer Teacher Training in 2024. 

With a background in competitive sports, Gabi developed a deep appreciation for fitness and firmly believes that Pilates delivers authentic results for both body and mind. Valuing the discipline, control, and dynamics of this practice, she strives to ensure each workout leaves you feeling stretched and strengthened.

Gabi plans to advance her education by completing the Comprehensive Training Program under Christie Wang in 2025 to deepen her understanding and application of the method.
