Rachel fell in love with Pilates after she took her first class in the fall of 2021. She was instantly drawn to the way Pilates helped her connect to her body and loved the challenge the classes offered her. Rachel quickly pursued and completed a 500-hour comprehensive training program, and has been instructing both group classes and private lessons since 2022.
Growing up, Rachel was always involved in one sport or another and missed the structure that a fitness routine gave her. Pilates has fulfilled that role in her life and Rachel loves sharing her passion for movement with everyone around her. Her classes are designed to be both challenging and motivational, complete with precise cues delivered with a smile.
Rachel is excited to continue to learn and grow as a Pilates instructor and is looking forward to seeing where this journey takes her!
