Menorca, the Balearic's well-kept secret, unveils its wild and natural splendor. With diverse fauna, flourishing flora, charming villages, and a rich local culture, this island boasts authentic Mediterranean allure. Nestled on 150 acres at the island's core, Es Bec d'Aguila offers a sanctuary just six miles from the nearest beach.
Join us for five extraordinary days of movement amidst the tranquil finca, leisurely dips in the magnificent pool, and adventures to untouched coves, where crystalline waters beckon for a refreshing swim. Indulge in traditional Mediterranean cuisine, tap into your body with daily Pilates and Sculpt Classes and immerse yourself in the beauty, serenity, and understated luxury of this hilltop haven.

RETREAT INCLUDES:
Five night stay at Es Bec d’Aguila (daily room cleaning included)
Daily Mat Pilates Classes with Christie Wang of Ascend Pilates (complimentary mats included)
Daily Sculpt Classes with Stephanie Butterfield of Activate House (complimentary mats included)
Meals by the finca’s private chefs include: five light breakfasts, four lunches + five dinners (dietary restrictions can be accommodated, snacks, soft drinks, teas, coffees, beers, spirits and filtered water available at all times)

Pricing + Rooms
THE RECHARGE ROOM: our grandest room, with king bed, private bathroom (tub or shower), private living space and terrace: $3500 if sharing / $5000 if solo
ENERGIZE ROOMS: with king bed + private bathroom (tub or shower): $2750 if sharing / $3350 if solo
THE CONNECT ROOM: attic room with four single beds + bathroom (tub): $2400 per person

Prices are per person and include fitness classes, accommodation, workshops, meals, and activities.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
Full balance due by July 1, 2024.
After your deposit is made, you have the option to pay in full or to sign up for a payment plan split across 5 months.

How to get there:
Airfare + transport not included — Es Bec d’Aguila is located approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Book your flight into Menorca (MAH) and either plan on renting a car (which we highly recommend as the island and beaches are well worth exploring) or taking a taxi.
The retreat will commence at 4:00pm on September 14th/September 24th and will come to a close at 10:00am on September 19th/September 29th.
Cancellation Policy
Ascend Pilates and Activate House do not offer refunds of any kind. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal/family emergencies. We do not offer refunds or credit for a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early. If Ascend Pilates or Activate House. must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment amount (less the deposit which can be applied to another retreat) to your original payment method. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
